We have always considered that CDM in particular is a positive influence on design and facilitates good health and safety process during construction, use and final demolition of a project.
Alongside our project management and cost consultancy services we have the necessary skills, knowledge, experience to act as principal designer and client CDM advisor. We are expert not only in the identification and avoidance of hazards during design, but in wider project Health & Safety risk management promoting safer construction and the practicality of future maintenance of the completed scheme. We bring regulatory requirements to life for designers in a way which benefits a project thorough all its stages.
Mascot Management act as Principal Designers, Health & Safety consultants and Client CDM Advisors to assist clients and projects comply with the CDM Regulations 2015.
We provide a level of service that assists the client to produce a project that is delivered successfully, with health and safety being an intrinsic part of that success.
PFB were established in 1994 and from the 6th April, 2015, have provided CDM Principal Designer Services.
The general objectives of the CDM Regulations is to ensure that H&S matters are planned, managed, monitored, co-ordinated, documented and implemented throughout the life cycle of a project including design, planning, construction, use, maintenance and future work.

We identify and deal with the hazards, risks and opportunities for safe and healthy design at all stages of our involvement, for the benefit of everyone who may interact with the building through its life cycle.
Ward Williams Associates ensures health and safety is at the heart of our operations and service delivery. We have delivered CDM Principal Designer services since the regulations were originally introduced and have a wealth of relevant knowledge and experience across all sectors of the industry. Our clients are able to fully discharge their duties with assurance that they have qualified, expert advisors on hand to guide them through the process.
Working alongside the design team, our APS qualified health and safety practitioners provide CDM / Principal Designer support. Where another organisation is appointed as the Principal Designer, we offer an advisory role to both them and the client to assist them in discharging their duties under the Regulations. Once appointed as either Principal Designer or Client Adviser, we will advise and assist our clients with their duties, co-ordinate health and safety aspects of design work and ensure co-operation with all the duty holders involved in the project.
