How to appoint our teams via Lot 1 and Lot 2
The Homes England DaRTS Framework is available for use free of charge by other public sector bodies. The panel has been procured through a fully compliant Find a Tender (FTS) process. It offers a quick and efficient means of procuring high quality, good value development-related technical services.
Public bodies can access the framework by signing up to a simple Access Agreement with Homes England. This is very easy to set up, and Homes England can normally do this within 24 hours of a public body contacting them. Once Homes England has received the signed Access Agreement, the public body will be given log in details to ProContract (the Homes England eTendering System) which contains full information enabling them to use the Framework. Services can be procured through a simple mini-competition process that varies according to the value of the work:
- Below £10,000: consultants may be appointed with no competition by submitting a proposal in response to a brief.
- Between £10,000 and FTS threshold: a minimum of three and up to six Panel members are selected and invited to submit a tender in response to a brief.
- Above FTS threshold: An Expression of Interest to determine interest, then a Sifting Brief exercise to achieve a maximum of six Panel members. Members are then invited to submit a tender in response to a brief.
