There are two sub-lots to the Framework with CampbellReith appointed to Lot 1 (end-to-end technical and professional services), and Tibbalds appointed to Lot 2 (place-making, planning, masterplanning and design services). 

We offer a unique service, bringing together design, engineering, planning and regeneration specialists to provide a tailor-made approach for each client. We deliver great projects that create successful places.

Both Tibbalds and CampbellReith have been members of the previous iterations of Homes England’s Framework Panels since 2010, and have together successfully completed a number of projects for Homes England (formerly Homes and Communities Agency) and for other public sector organisations.

Tibbalds is an experienced team of architects, planners and urban designers, committed to making good places happen. Since 1978, we have been making places which aim to improve the lives of all who use them. We provide high quality design, planning and project leadership skills to a range of significant projects across the UK. Our work covers large scale housing projects, urban extensions, regeneration, and mixed use development and is particularly focused on working effectively through the planning system and on to delivery. We believe that good placemaking is the product of good planning, policy, and design. Our expertise lies in these three key areas, and supported by a range of services, deliver a wide variety of projects for clients across the public, private and third sectors.We understand that different places mean different things to different people. We take time and care to engage its community and immerse ourselves in its heritage and local character.

CampbellReith is an independent firm of multidisciplinary engineers, technical services specialists providing design and development planning services since 1960. Our core services are delivered from our four strategic UK offices and include: structural, civil, environmental, land quality, geotechnical and highways and transport planning and engineering. We are supported by a wide breath of trusted subconsultants providing the whole spectrum of specialist design, cost and project management consultancy services. We are often involved in a wide range of built environment sector projects throughout their entire lifespan from feasibility studies and surveys guiding early masterplanning through to detailed engineering design and subsequent construction monitoring.

We are both delighted to have been selected by Homes England for its 2023-2027 DaRTS Framework – extending its appointment by a further four years. For the current DaRTS Framework we have extended our multidisciplinary team of consultants so we can offer an even broader range of services across all regions for both Lots.

Our teams on each Lot are specifically designed to focus our services on collaborative delivery through creating a bespoke team drawn from network consisting mostly of SME businesses.
