Tibbalds Planning and Urban Design
Tibbalds’ approach to masterplanning combines creativity and realism, based on a strong vision that addresses the complexity of real issues. We lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to guide projects through the development process, including: site allocations; area action plans; Neighbourhood Plans; feasibility studies; outline and hybrid planning applications and ongoing design advice through implementation.
AFL Architects is at the forefront of developing increasingly sophisticated residential environments, pivotal to the re-energising of large urban areas. We balance functionality, build quality and impact against our diverse experience, driving value into our solutions and challenging conventions.
Gardner Stewart Architects
GSA has designed and delivered successful benchmark projects across four decades; covering the many scales, tenures and forms of housing design – from complex estate regeneration and new sustainable communities, through to specialist housing typologies, including Extra Care. Our housing and mixed-use projects are recognised for their great placemaking and design quality.
Hatch Regeneris play a leading socio-economic role in multi-disciplinary teams to shape the development of site and area visions, masterplans, and placemaking strategies. Their socio-economic expertise and evidence enables a greater understanding of how places currently function, as well as a view on their future role and function. Their use of local/bespoke evidence and stakeholder engagement ensures a project outcome which has a strong fit with local socio-economic priorities.
JDDK has over 32 years’ experience of masterplanning residential and mixed-use developments across the UK. We respond creatively to complex site constraints whilst focussing on quality of urban design, landscape and “place” in order to develop masterplans that deliver viable, contextual and high quality environments in which sustainable communities can grow.
LDA Design’s approach to Masterplanning responds to environmental context and uses landscape to connect people with place, creating community and generating value. It is underpinned by ‘creative-delivery’ - the simple idea that exceptional design and placemaking should go hand in hand with a commercially informed and delivery-focused approach.
We understand the importance of place and the need for bespoke solutions to urban design challenges. Our designers add value by combining creative flair, practical knowledge and an appreciation of what works commercially. Our frameworks and strategies guide the development of key sites, incorporating imaginative proposals grounded in economic reality.
