For each project, either Tibbalds Planning and Urban Design or CampbellReith is nominated as Lead Consultant and takes overall responsibility. Where required, we draw on additional project management expertise from our sub-consultants. We develop strong and positive working relationships with clients based on trust and honesty.
Our team includes cost consultants who are expert at providing the right level of cost information at each stage of project development, along with proactive advice on how to control costs, and input to financial appraisals to ensure scheme viability.
