Tibbalds Planning and Urban Design
Tibbalds coordinates EIAs as part of its work on major planning applications. Our expertise includes: submission of screening opinions, scoping, coordination of sub-consultants to deliver reports and individual chapters.
In addition to EIAs, we provide Sustainability Appraisals and Strategic Environmental Assessments to support our work on planning policy documents such as Area Action Plans and Neighbourhood Plans.

Our team includes experts in Environmental Impact Assessment, Sustainability Appraisal, Strategic Environmental Assessment and Habitats Regulation Assessment. We work regularly in multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate the entire EIA process, from screening opinions to the production of the Environmental Statement.
