Tibbalds CampbellReith have been appointed by the HCA to carry out planning, cost and technical feasibility studies on over 20 potential sites in Essex and North Kent. The studies were carried out in a very short period during January and February 2016 and involved site visits, flood risk assessment, contaminated land assessments, ecology and environmental assessment and high level costings.
Following the screening exercise seven sites were recommended for purchase and development under the HCA’s Starter Home Initiative.
